They simply never attempt delivery and say could not be delivered because the receiver was not available, where as receiver never received any call for all 4 days, 4 attempts from 12th May to 15th May 2023.
Gave alternate phone number, neighbor option under tracking several times, raised more than 10 concerns in 4 days with Delhivery, no use. No response from Delhivery.
Also asked for final branch contact number so we could ourselves call and ask the issue with delivery. No response for anything at all.
Got so tired and frustrated and contacted flipkart helath plus and they themselves did nothing other than loose talks of taking complaint, raising issue etc. Upto date no resolution. I am requesting for refund and that is also not happening. Suggest to never use Delhivery as courier services which has pathetic services and customer care. Was this information helpful? |
