Delhivery — Delhivery Facility Kanpur Not Dispatching My Parcel For More Than Days

My urgent parcel via tracking id[protected] reached Delhivery facility Kanpur on 14 April 2022 4:28 AM. After that more than 3 days has been passed but Delhivery facility Kanpur hasn't dispatched/moved my parcel to forward hub till now.
