I had called Delhivery customer care yesterday to know the status of my order. They told me that my order is stuck and I need to pay ₹5 in order to fasten the delivery process after which they sent me a payment link through which I made the payment and later on I received a message saying that 7000 had been debited from my account.
The number which I called is [protected]. It is switched off now.
I request you to please look into this matter asap and provide some sort of compensation if possible.
