I am suppose to get my parcel containing my pet food on 18th, the date changed to 21 and today it is not delivered and now it is 25th. Its still showing as stuck. Activity: in Transit- On hold, Destination unable to receive. Tracking id#[protected]. Sent several mail no response. No customer care number to contact. Found two number it never connects. Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 21, 2021 Updated by Pritam Mazumder The dates are of October, 2021. I need my parcel urgently as it is my pet food and they will fall sick if they dont get the food on time. I am waiting from 12th October, 2021. Almost 9 days, for other courier it takes hardly 6 days to reach my address. Now u changed the date to 25th October, 2021 13 days they are taking to deliver a product whereas the product has reached my city 4 days back. No responsibility at all. My 2 orders to tracking status are showing as on hold(destination unable to receive). I have sent mail and they just reply same for all the 3 mails that your box of happiness will be delivered soon. 10th Feb was delivery date But it's changed to 12th Feb.

I need my ordered products as its for my mom's birthday.
