Delhivery — Delhivery Pathetic Service - Product isn't delivered since last 12 days

Hello,

Just want to say how pathetic Delhivery courier service is. There is no way we can reach them on phone. Every day in evening they put a status update saying the address is wrong so product couldnt be delivered. However I have got 1000s of courier from amazon and even from Delhivery on provided address.
On top of that there is no phone number of customer care or delivery agent anywhere. The product was shipped almost a month back and now I am not sure if that is in condition to accept or not.

Updated by anil-j As usual, it's update only on site that reattempt but no delivery.. don't think they are even trying to deliver.
