Hello Sir, I ordered a product from Meesho with order number[protected] and price is Rs.715 which I received on 13/11/2022 in which I received wrong product I also have the video of opening the product. For which I put a return request. On which my return request was accepted 5 times which went to delivery boy of delhivery courier company on which your delivery boy refused to take the wrong product every time and when we say that we don't have the right to open the product If there is a video then their delivery boy whose name is Mukesh Kumar Sharma mostly comes here on our route whose mobile number is [protected] they say that nothing happens with these videos and they have no value no one asks them and they say That it is in qc, ask customer care to get it done in non qc, now how do we know their qc and non qc. This delivery boy Mukesh Kumar Sharma ji is also saying that you stop putting return request, my value and name gets spoiled by coming again and again, I want original product only. Why do they deny us the right to submit our return request. Sir, when the product is wrong from behind, then what is our fault in that, should we give the original product buyer from the market to your delivery boy. But these delivery boys are harassing again and again and by making new excuses they do not pick up the product and cancel the pickup again and again. I am very upset because of their bad behavior. When we contact customer care they say that pickup boy will definitely take it and pickup boy keeps delaying on customer care, by doing this they have neither picked up the wrong product nor provided my refund amount of Rs.715 to me. Is . I am under a lot of stress and mental agony due to repeated cancellation of pickup of the product by the pickup boy.
