Delhivery — Delivery agent picked up return order but has not submitted it

Anuj mishra an agent from delhivery picked up my return order..but has not updated it...its been 2 weeks he picked up the product.

I have talked to him many times and he is saying that he will share the link with me that its been submitted...but he is lying and making excuses.
