My package was supposed be be delivered today dated 13/12/2025, but yesterday dated 12/12/2025 I received a text message from delhivery that my package is out for delivery and will arrive by evening. I waited for the delivery but no one came. Then I received a message saying that my delivery date has been rescheduled for 13/12/2025 by me. I didn’t mind much and hoped they would deliver the next day. In the morning dated 13/12/2025 I called the delivery agent and asked him by when the package will be delivered, he said by afternoon the package will be delivered, so I waited, I waited till evening and the delhivery texted me that my delivery date has been rescheduled for tomorrow dated 14/12/2025. This is totally unacceptable behaviour from a company and their delivery agent, that don’t even try to make delivery and change the delivery date according to their suitability. On top of that they don’t even have a proper customer care service number so I can resolve my problem Was this information helpful? |
