I was checking the tracking in the website, it says that Returned - Consignee Unavailable (Establishment Closed). However, I did not receive any call from any delivery partner. Also, this is an apartment. It will NEVER close. Today, the item was scheduled to be returned but it never came.
This same thing happened when the item is being delivered to the buyer. I sent the item to the buyer but before the scheduled delivery date, the item was marked "RTO Initiated". The reason being? "Client asked to return the item". TAKE NOTE, the buyer never received a call from the delivery partner neither the driver went to their house.
