Hello
My waybill number is[protected]and the product was out of delivery on 11th Jan, 2022. However the status now has been updated automatically as if customer (me) asked for rescheduling. I don't understand why it was hard for the delivery agent to call. The updated delivery date has been updated as 14th Jan (3 days apart).
I require the package as early as possible and I'm ready to collect it from the hub if required. Pathetic service.

Updated by Vishal Annaamalai Update on 12th Jan: I drove to my nearest distribution center in hopes of collecting the package. However this didnt work. But I got in touch with the delivery manager and he ensured the package was delivered late in the evening.
However on delivering, the delivery agent (Karthik) demanded a 'tip' since he had to bring the package which I declined due to the hassle caused. He created a scene and threw abuses and said "I'll make sure no packages are delivered to you in future" before leaving.
Such a wonderful experience.
