[Resolved] Delhivery — Delivery delayed. No response upon complaining.

I placed an order on vedantcomputers.com on Sep 24. ( Order ID #221321 ) The order was shipped with Delhivery ( AWB #[protected] ) on Sep 26 from Kolkata.

It subsequently left from Dankuni, WB to Bilaspur, HR on Sep 27 morning. Since then, there has been no update on my package.

Upon raising an issue (Ticket ID #[protected], I'm given an automated token response assuring me of their concern. This is pathetic service, to be honest.

Package was delivered 2 days later. Still didn't receive any communication from the company, either through call or email. I called the consignor who shipped the package to me through Delhivery and he talked to them. Please do not use Delhivery. It is the worst shipping company in India.

Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
