When i placed order on amazon.in for my groceries, they gave me a promised date of delivery of 8th April 2022. And did not even provide the tracking ID for my order. The delivery executive have called me on the day prior to my promised day which is on 07th April 2022, and was warning me the closure of office time which is at 2:00pm IST. I pleaded the delivery executive to reschedule the order to the next day. But the delivery agent have cancelled the order without my consent and later after hours described the product were damaged. They do it on a regular basis, whenever it's not possible with their timings they simply cancel the order stating it was damaged, but they damage it.
