Delhivery — Delivery failed status without attempting delivery

The package was picked up from Gurgaon and has to be delivered to Greater Noida but first the shipment got late and now every day the order status is updated "out to delivery" in the morning and "order delivery failed" in the evening. There is no actual way to reach the delivery guy, and no one even comes to deliver.
My order either has been lost or stolen. Please look into this Delhivery.
The Shipment id is AWB[protected].
