Hi Team,
This is with respect to the package which I bought from Myntra.
The delivery boy disagree to make doorstep delivery.
First time when I disagree to come to his location, he updated wrong status as 'customer not reachable'.
Today he again updated same 2nd time whithout making any calls to me.
If he do the same one more time, package might get cancelled.
Please take some necessary action against them immediately to avoid cancellatu of my goods.
PS: I have escalated this to Yellapura branch but no help from them. Simply they are saying delivery boy not agree to deliver to doorsteps and they can't do anything about it.
Please find attached the wrong updates against my order and complaint I raised.
