When I checked my Urbanic website that my is out of Delivery but after some hours it is marked as not attempted. What is this mean? I'm eagerly waiting for my product.

Hey i was supposed to receive my package 3 days back but havent received it yet . Its order not attempted what does that mean? Please resolve it.
It has been texting 22days since the delivery guy took my parcel because it was damaged. Yesterday it shower that the parcel is out for delivery, when i checked today its the same as "Delivery couldn't be attempted" and the estimated return date keeps changing everyday due to which my refund is delayed. It would be glad if you look into this issue and see that the product is returned
