The entire address of the delivery to be made is correctly mentioned on the order box. Only the pincode needs correction, as it is incorrectly entered. No one from merchant's end (Tasse de Thé, Mumbai) nor from Delhivery team is responding to my multiple calls, messages, nor emails. So now the package is in Pune, but still not delivered to my address, and I'm trying to get the pincode rectified, but no one is available to help me out in this matter.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Kindly let me know in which KOLKATA office the shipment currently is. If needed we can collect it from there. Please provide some contact details.
