Dear sir
I have ordered an product on amazon with tracking id
[protected] and[protected] but this is third time issue with from your side that your courier partner not delivered my product mark false review in system and today my product is return to amazon just because of your worst service before this i already lodged an complaint in 10 june 2020 but still no action has been taken on courier partner of jalgaon jamod. On that time i already mailed an call recording in which courier delivery boy directly told that he is not delivering my product just because of his personal issue..

It is continousaly happenig that just because of his personal issue he was not delivered product in my area if you didnot need custmer then close your service in my area because your just waisting time...
They did not contact me if i contact then black list my number

This is last humble request kindly do needful action and give me proper resolution because after 3 month you did not take any action and not provided any resolution against my complaint.
I hope this time i get proper resolution from yo

    Order not delivered

    The product sent through delhivery with awb no.[protected] has not been delivered since 20 days. The product arrived at mysore on 25th august 2020 and it is still not delivered. The customer executives parrot the same answer every time i mail them....

    I have account with delhivery by name "nardev fashion dfs".
    From last 15 days my poc (Point of contact) was changed.
    Previous poc was very good and solved our all tickets/complaints over email and call.

    New poc now harrassing us from very first day.
    He is closing tickets without solution.
    We open ticket again from client panel but they again closed it without solution and without informing us.

    I had contact my first and second point of contact (Digvijay. [protected]@delhivery.com) and (Prashant. [protected]@delhivery.com)

    But they two also not responding..

    Due to non resolutions of all tickets, my shipment is getting returned... And i loss in many aspect with money and reputation to deliver shipment to my client...

    I prefer not to use delhivery because they not responding properly...

    I realy mentally harrased by my poc and delhivery...

    I first time experience such mental harrassment by delhivery.

    why delhivery is going down very bad.
    HELLO DELHIVERY,
    NO ONE IS CONNECTING WITH ME FROM LAST 15 DAYS.
    AND DELHIVERY SERVICE IS NOW GOING TO BE WORST FOR ITS REAL CUSTOMERS.
    I AM 5 YEARS OLD CUSTOMER OF DELHIVERY AND DOING AND GIVING TOO MUCH WORK TO DELHIVERY BY SENDING THOUSANDS OF SHIPMENT VIA DELHIVERY.
    BUT MY NEW "POC" EVEN DONT CARE ABOUT US AND NOT SEEING MY WORK TIME OF 5 YEARS WITH DELHIVERY.
    HE IS REALLY HARRASING ME BY DISAPPOINTING REPLYS AND NON ACTION AND NON RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS.

    I ALSO APPROCH MY FIRST AND SECOND POC. BUT THEY TWO ARE REALLY VERY SILENT ON THIS ISSUE. I AM REALLY VERY STRANGE WHY DELHIVERY GIVE US SECOND AND THIRD POINT OF CONTACT IF THEY ALSO NOT HAVE TIME TO REPLY ON EMAILS OR PROVIDE SOLUTION.

    i send almost 10 emails to my second and third POC for this issue. but they both are not responding.

    i now approch consumer complaints forum finally. and if not solve issue then i finally go to consumer courts.

      I have been continuously following up with delhivery for the pod for tracking id[protected], which is important for me to get the refund from amazon, without which they cannot initiate the process. Everytime they ask for 24 hrs, and then i don't get any reply from their side ever.

      First communication was sent on 31st august 2020, till now even after 4 mails to them i have not received the requested document.

      This not expected from a reputed company like delhivery. Also, they don't have any phone number so that you can check with someone, and you are just dependent on mail which is very inefficient.

      I have sent a mail to them today on 12th september 2020, and hoping to get the documents asap.

            Dear sir,
            We booked at delhivery awb:[protected] &[protected], booking on saturday 5/09/20 but till now not pick up from your site. Everyday your courier man call me and get otp from my site and they commitment tomorrow i will arrange picked up but till now not pick up. Minded it my courier packed at friday night so no packaging issue. This is very urgent courier if within 2hours it is not solved i go to legal against your delhivery and also headlines your bad courier system on news channel and news paper.

            Your team always playing with us. Just one day we can deployed your courier system. And within 2 days if this courier not reached there then you are liable for playing with people. You are liable for playing with there people. If essential based things are not reached there then your courier system liability charge or penalty charge given to there 30 lacs or my courier within 2 days delivery which is your choice.
            Also i put to consumer forum here for my legal step. I want to damages charge otherwise i go to court tomorrow. Also fake your customer team.

            Thank you bad courier system. This is my last time courier system. Fake & cheated courier.

              Lost parcel

              Hello Sir
              I am Mayank Khairwar. 26 Aug 2020. I booked one parcel from agartala to indore delivery from Delhivery. After 10days I recive our half parcel and half is losted by delhivery. Right now delhivery not help me to find my parcel no customer services available and not any one is come in my contact after complaints my complaint Ref nu is 8013156...

              My name is krishna priya bearing user id "koyal surface" in delhivery pvt ltd, since 1 month i didnt get my 9 return parcels. I contacted the rajahumndry city delhivery hub head office atl name "suresh (Mobile [protected])" he said we will deliver you soon, but till now i didnt get any parcel.

              Since august 5, 2020 i am continuosly calling suresh for my parcels delivery, but he is not responding and disconnecting my calls and he is very reckless about the customers. My parcels reached my city in august 1st week and it's september 7th now, no parcel got delivered.

              Even i gave complaint regarding this missing parcels in delhivery pvt ltd whatsapp number. Plz find below am attaching complaint registered screenshots. Complaint reference numbers in delhivery pvt ltd :7634310, 7634350, 7634408, 7634456, 7634503, 7634526, 7634579, and 8081274, 8081505,[protected], 8081636, 8086813, but no use they didn't even responded. Worst customer service no use.

              Finally i came to know that they misplaced all my parcels and playing games, the worst courier service i never seen, simply they disconnecting my calls and not delivering my parcels,

              Please take immediate action on them and help me to get my all parcels delivered

                My product reached on friday. But since then they ever call me and told that they are going to deliver my product. For that i stay at home but they didn't attempt and postponed for saturday. Again on saturday they didn't deliver my product and when i tried to call them then they not even raise my call. Saturday i stopped my work and stay at home to handover it. But didn't came. Again today i. E sunday, they called me again in the aftrnoon and said that today they will deliver to me. But without delivering it, they mentioned that they delivered my product to me. Who gave them such rights to mention false statements. When i call them for asking that, they are talking rudeness. Not giving proper response. Fed up with delhivery agents... Worst response. Just bcz of them i wasted my three days.

                  My tracking id is[protected].

                  My package arrived at the nearest facility on the morning of 4th september. From then onwards the tracking says that the product is undelivered and "your order could not be delivered". I have gone to the office only to find that the office is moved. I don't have any contact with them. Last thing i want is for them to not find my address and sent the package to origin without calling me.

                    I have deposited my percel 2nd sept morning at santipur delivery courier. They cofirm me that percel will reach from santipur to kolkata in 2days, i. e 4th sept, 2020 but today still now(5th sept)my percel has not reach in destination.                       Hello,
                      My order was supposed to be shipped today. It reached my city about an hour back at 6:21 AM and the was marked out for delivery followed by undelivered by 6:30 AM. I do not understand, but this does not seem right.

                          I was supposed to receive my very urgent package[protected] by 1st September, 2020. however, my package keeps being delayed every day, it's still stuck in Chennai for the past week. my delivery date changed from 1st September 2020, in the morning, to 4th morning, to 4th afternoon, to 5th morning, to 5th afternoon, to 6th morning, to 7th morning. I have continuously told the team about how urgent and important this package is to me, but all they have done is misguide me about the whereabouts of my package and give false assurance. yesterday I was told my package had been connected to Gurgaon, but today I got to know its still stuck in Chennai. this is a very distressing situation, especially since the package is very urgent and important for my family. kindly look into the matter.

                                The package was to be delivered on 31/08, which was mentioned at the time of booking. However, today morning it showed out for delivery and now it says it could not be delivered. Please confirm what is the issue. This is extremely bad service where I can not speak to anyone and know what the real issue is. Please note this is to be urgently delivered to my senior citizen parents. It has critical stuff in it.

                                  Purchased product Rangriti Navy Cotton Woven Pattern A Line Kurta from order no[protected] was not delivered at my door step inspite of prepaid delivery from Tata cliq. Your delivery boy refused to deliver items to my door step inspite insisting him. Thus your employees are very lazy and cause lot of discomfort to the customers even after being charged for the home delivery.

                                  Purchased product Rangriti Navy Cotton Woven Pattern A Line Kurta from order no[protected] was not delivered at my door step by the delivery boy. I was made to walkout of my home and take delivery from the boy. He insisted to meet me out of my society gate. Inspite of prepaid delivery this is very poor service and a laid back attitude shown by your employee. He was being not at all co-operative and was adamant that I should come down to collect. No value for money as delivery has to be collected from the delivery boy and not left at my door step. There is no indication from the delivery company or Tata cliq that delivery will not be made at door step.

                                    online ordered sleeping mattress not being delivered

                                    I would like to file a complaint against amazon india and delhivery who are logistics partner of amazon india for their extremely pathetic service delivery is providing to its customers. I had placed an order (Sleeping mattress) worth rs 7000 through amazon on 6th aug which is stuck at the same location since 22nd aug. Emi will be deducted from 5th of september but the product has not yet been delivered to me.
