Your service center in Kannur district, Kerala is the worst ever I have seen in my life. The myntra app was picking up wrong place and the delhivery staff was showing so much attitude and not at all willing to help. This is totally unacceptable

I have ordered clothes from brandfactoryonline.com on October 1st, 2020. The Delivery partner of this order from brandfactory was Delhivery. I tried reaching customer support[protected] of Delhivery but this number is not reachable always. Its been 10 Days my order not been delivered. I dont know to whom I have to contact for this. I am supposed to get a package delivered to me bearing tracking Id:[protected] booked on 24th sept 2020. It has been till date 18 days and the package has still no been delivered to me. while tracking the official Delhivery website it shows that it arrived in guwahati delivery office on 28th Sept. Today is 11th october and I still have not received the package. In the Delhivery website it always shows in transit and the date of delivery keeps on changing to the next day. Please help me solve this problem and have the goods Delivered to me posthaste.I need the goods within the package as soon as possible.

Package was booked on 3-oct, but from last week Delhivery site just showing pickup. They don't reply on mails or update tracking.

It is not the first time they are doing this. Everytime I face this issue and I need to return money to my customers because of delay in delivery. Delhivery should maintain the standard services which they are not following.

Product came to my city latehar in the early morning. My home is about one kilometre away from delivery service office in my city latehar. Despite having small city, it took one day to deliver my product from their near office to my home. Either your employee is lazy or delhivery is incapable to handle fast delivery.

Below minus. They don't even call the customer and return the product by saying that customer is not reachable. One of the most raw, rude and oversmart delivery agents in dimapur. Pathetic! The delivery agents are below standard and dont even know basic manners!

So I ordered a book on Indian Economy by Ramesh Singh from Flipkart and they delivered it through Delhivery service dimapur(unfortunately)...
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 5th of April 2021 and I made hundreds of calls to the delivery guy since I have a very imp. test the next day n I badly needed the book to study but his phone was either busy or not responding to my call and he never called me back...delivery peson name is Tobo T Ayemi (his ph no -[protected] ..such a rude and uncivilized person... ..I waited till late evening when he was around that area the whole day... atleast he could've called n asked me to wait for some time and I would've gladly respected that...but he never ever picked or called me...
PS:..I got my parcel after I came across the delivery guy from same agency who helped by contacting him personally..and we both stood at the roadside for almost one hour...
Delhivery service...kindly educate your employees to treat your customers with dignity...

The parcel worth rupees 1500 was never delivered by any delivery boy, it's a prepaid parcel, i contacted them but they are saying your parcel was delivered, but how's it possible i didn't get any message any call this is fraud

I filed a complaint in boat (Imagine marketing limited) for replacement of my product and boat created a ticket number and sent their delhivery partner to pick the product and i handed them my boat airdopes 311v2 costing rs.7000 and then when i went to check the status of my product the company closed the ticket and their website showed error, even the delhivery office of murbad dist. Thane didn't responded to my complaint and started abusing and took my earphones costing rupees 7000. A guy named dhanaji vyapari contact no.[protected] and the branch owner named sunil alam contact no.[protected] stopped responding and started abusing me saying that they wont return my product back, they again and again placed pickup with awb numbers[protected] on 5th september and closed the ticket and then again on 29th september with awb number[protected] placed a pickup and then closed the ticket and on 5th october 2020 again placed apickup with awb number [protected]

I purchased a saree worth ₹2900 (Prepaid order) from an online retailer www.raisfashions.com
Delhivery was supposed to deliver the item (Awb:[protected] and i received sms saying the order was delivered, but i didn’t receive any package.

Tried to connect with their support and customer care number (Which never rings). Very frustrated with the whole event. I need my money back or the original item i had ordered.

Updated by Arpita Saha 1507 The online retailer contacted Delhivery support team and they gave a vague proof of delivery (a signature that doesn’t look like a signature) and said that the package was received by someone and signed.
This is ridiculous since I didn’t sign that and this is clearly a case of fraud. I demand an immediate response on this case. I have uploaded the bogus proof of delivery that they provided to the online retailer for everyone’s reference.

B S Enterprises (Sagar enterprises) contacted via Olx for iPhone purchase. and they told the first price of 20K after a discount of 17K. but have to courier charge 500rs. I paid and they delivered on the same day via DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE. tracking no[protected]. but this shipment hold at delhi DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE end for 4 days. inbetween the sender called and told. it is returned. so pay again 500 for the new courier. I denied it and told to send it again. after 6 days I received the duplicate product. but I had doubts. so I told you to open the item by courier delivery boy itself. so I returned immediately.and the delivery boy took 200 more for return. both courier service and sender jointly cheating the people.

Hello.
This is regarding a shipment ordered from Urbanic.com which was supposed to be delivered by Delhivery. The order status shows that it was delivered on 3rd October, 2020 at 12.49 pm. However, I fail to understand how it could be handed over to just anyone when the delivery was password protected because I had received on OTP on my registered mobile number. The AWB no is[protected]. No number of the delivery agent is provided which makes it all the more difficult to handle the issue on our own, because the support system is really very slow.

As per delhivery website, the package is estimated to be delivered by thursday, 1st october. However, the tracking status shows it is currently at bilaspur-hr (I. E. It has not been shipped to my location). Please ensure that my package is shipped right now, or if its has already been shipped from bilaspur-hr to my delivery address, please update the tracking status on your website. Please ensure that the package is delivered to me on 1st october, 2020. Also, please provide me a fixed date by which i will receive my order.

I was order a parcel since 14th of October it has been reach on 22nd to destination Hub but local agents are not attempting for delivery to my address now it's almost 5days ago since parcel was reach to destination and they don't attempt for delivery till now.

Delhivery — no updates in shipping/tracking status on website/delay in delivery
I had ordered a EXERCISE BIKE FROM AMAZON on 25th august and the delivery agent is DELHIVERY WITH TRACKING ID[protected] .
As per delhivery website, the package estimated delivery is daily changing and there is no revert from there web portal nor they are returning a calll as per call back request, However, the tracking status shows it is currently at bilaspur-hr (I. E. It has not been shipped to my location). Please ensure that my package is shipped right now, or if its has already been shipped from bilaspur-hr to my delivery address, please update the tracking status on your website. Please ensure that the package is deliveredAlso, please provide me a fixed date by which i will receive my order.

2 packets where pickup by same executive at same time. 1 is deliver 2 week back and other is now showing "in transit for return". The tracking id of order is[protected]. I mail to customer care regarding delay in delivery is inform me that packet will deliver by 22 september but now today is 24th september and my packet get return. I want the packet to be deliver without returning it as soon as possible.
