I had ordered a bicycle from Amazon India and the delivery is handled by Delhivery. The package was shipped on 25th Oct. it arrived to Delhivery Office in Koppa - 577126 on 31st Oct. The delivery has been delayed for 4 days now excluding government holidays on 1st and 5th Nov.
The delivery was scheduled on 3rd Nov. But I didn't receive any call or notification from the delivery agent. On the evening of 3rd Nov the status had changed to "Delivery rescheduled on customer's request". Not once did I ask for rescheduling delivery.
After taking this issue up with Amazon, the status changed to "Out for delivery" on 6th Nov. I kept waiting but still nothing. Again the status changed to delivery rescheduled.
The people of Delhivery Koppa finally decied to call and tell me that their vehicle was out of order and will deliver it today (7th Nov). Why did they even bother updating the status on their official website that my order was out for delivery if their vehicle was out of order? Also, there isn't a contact number posted on their official website. I have now mailed them twice about this issue but no response from them yet.
I'm trying to call the person that assured me yesterday but no one's picking up. Even the contact numbers posted on this forum aren't working. I get a message saying that the number is wrong.
