Delhivery — Delivery pending more than 10 days

My shipment ordered my amazon is a gift shipment for my family is pending from last 13 days. The shipment is not moving from a hub from 23rd july. Tracking number [protected] i have already called up customer care of delhivery but nothing changes. No positive response from them.
