On July 2nd, 2022, a mattress approximately worth rupees 10000 was shipped via Delhivery from my Lucknow residence to my parents' home in Shahjahanpur. Pick-up from Lucknow was taken by Delhivery and was promised that it would be delivered within a week, tracking id AWB=[protected]. My parents are aged and have back problem and thats why it was bought to support them in their physical sickness. On checking with Delhivery's tracking site, it was shown to be in Delhivery hub in Haryana on 4th July. Since then many attempts have been made to find the mattress but all in vain as Delhivery does not have any customer support number or email-id. I called their office in Lucknow which had arranged for pickup of mattress, there I was informed that I should forget about my mattress and should let it go as Delhivery can not be contacted by any means and that they are not afraid of honb'le Consumer Court as well.
