Hi, I need help on this matter, I have been trying to reach delivery customer service, but got no response.
I Have not received my parcel, but it's showing as it's delivered on Tuesday (10:48 am)
The same time I got a call from delivery agent who came to deliver my another two parcels(one from urbanic, one from my glam) I told him the OTP and he dropped two parcels to the security.The next day I clicked on the tracking ID of the missing parcel and found out that it's showing delivered (at 10:48, 2 nd November, Tuesday) same day when I received the other parcel.i contacted the delivery guy who came to deliver the parcel, he told me he had only two parcels which he had delivered, and kept denying about the third parcel which is missing, now I want to know how is this possible? Where did my parcel go?The seller who had sent the parcel had already raised a complaint, but got no reply from your side.Is this the way you people make money by stealing others goods ?? If not then I want a call back on this @[protected]
We need to take legal step against you for sure .
