Delhivery — Fake status and delivery

We just want to inform you that as we didn't receive any RTO packets from delhivary courier after check the our order status we got its hold by N.I.T faridabad Branch so we contact with Mr. Avneesh as he is manager there .reply us they will did't arrange RTO orders and MARK it RTO delivered and inform to our delhivary team/Seniors its reason ( is seller want open delivery ) without given you ..by ...after one day i got my one order mark RTO delivered as its not given /delivered to us so i visit NIT branch and Meet With Mr. Avneesh N.I.T. Faridabad R.T.O. Branch Head of delhivary for fake remark and request but i didn't get any satisfactory reply from him and observe this is not a branch of well services there all scammer as they are marking many packets RTO delivered and open packets and remove products them and blame seller is scammer and seller is theft for getting its claim and they found many sellers frauder ...
what a great job by them so they should in national security services or in Cyber crime police deptt. for serve better services what they doing there ...
Anyway my concern is that if i did't get my RTO packets returned from them properly immediate as they hold ( i have paid for them and my approx 1lakh costs items inside ) i will take a legally action against them and company of delhivary ...
This Branch persons downgraded Delhivary's business and services so Key persons to wake up and take actions for these type person as it will affect company's vision of future IPO as delhivary Dreaming
