Delhivery — Fake status updates for shipment they already lost

It was dispatched on 27th May for aizwal from Delhi.First it reached aizwal then without any reason they are showing it’s in kanpur after doing mail we received an update that it was misrouted and now connected to correct destination but still it was not delivered so after doing mail again to them they marked it as RTO .Is this a joke to make fool of your regular clients by just updating any status for the shipment which is untraceable.
