Delhivery — harassing seller for cod amount

Hello Team,

I have dispatched the order with awb : [protected] on 22 september, 2025. The order was delivered on 24th september, 2025 to the customer. COD amount was RS.6500…. Its been more than 21 days i have not received any cod remittance from you team … Can you please tell me why??? Is this your service???
