Delhivery — Harassment and Denial of Service

I am writing to inform you that the service provided by Delhivery is very pathetic. Every time I get a package from Delhivery it's a headache. I have had issues in the past with their service and this time it's no different hence i am writing to you.

One of my packages that i was receiving from Amazon arrived at the Delhivery facility in my locality on 8th Jan yet they did not deliver the package and waited till 13th to change the delivery status to reschedule request by customer without ever contacting me .

Then My Order was supposed to delivered yesterday but Delhivery did not deliver it, The order status did not even change to out for delivery and they simply marked it as "delivery attempted" and then "reschedule requested by customer'

In reality they did not even try to deliver the order or even contact me. If they say that I requested the reschedule, I will need evidence, either a chat, email or the phone call where I made that request.

Also, I have been chatting with someone from Delhivery regarding this and The package was supposed to be delivered today. The order status was changed to out for delivery today, but no one contacted me and as expected they did not deliver the item and have sent an automated message saying they could not deliver it.

I also used their IVR system and asked for a call back, to which the IVR informed me that someone would call me in 2 hours but its been 4+ hrs and yet no call.

These are frequent issues i have to endure from their delivery agents:

Their Delivery agents do not deliver the item and mark it as delivered. They deliver is late in the evening after doing so or even the next day. Is that acceptable?

The Delivery agents do not do home delivery even where there is a perfectly good Tarmac Road available and in use for the public. We have to give the address of a shop on the main road. Is Delhivery going to compensate us for all the times we have to travel back and forth to collect out orders?

Now in this scenario you can see how problematic it is when the delivery agents mark the order as delivered and when we go to collect it, the delivery agent has never been there to drop the package. Have to check(travel) multiple times to see if the package has been delivered.

Delivery agents either and all of the below:
- don't answer the call
- disconnect the call
- Switch off the phone when the phone is ringing
- keep their phones switched off and later at night send failed delivery message

When we confront them to ask why they mark a package as delivered without delivering it or why they display such behavior by switching the phone etc, they get aggressive and blame it on us.. It's somehow our fault that we have to rely on the pathetic service from Delhivery and their delivery agents.

This harassment by the delivery agents and Delhivery as a service provider cannot stand and I need them to be answerable for their unprofessional actions.

They did not deliver the package today as well and call me only after requesting a callback. They simply told me that the package is at their facility.

I have known the package is at their facility for the past week and complaint to them as well letting them know that the package is at their facility but their agents are not delivering it. yet they chose to call me just to tell the same thing. How pathetic can their service and customer service can be?
