I Have horrible and very unpleasant experience with delhivery.com . I have register a bike delivery to Eastern UP with
"Sundar Singh horrible guy, WOODLANDLOGISTIDWDC B2BR, SERVEY NO 116 NEAR PAL NAGAR
RAJAWALI ROAD BHOIDAPADA VASAI EAST, Mumbai, Maharashtra 401208"
The torment from Sundar Singh starts
On 9 of August, initially that Guy Sundar insured me that 3650 is total delivery cost and I have paid that with GPay when the logistic person came to me. After the pickup in evening Sundar Singh told me that you need to pay Rs 1750 more else we will not deliver the bike also will not return the take amount 3650. I have no option other than to pay him again and I paid him Rs 1750. Sundar Singh Assured me the delivery will be done within 4 days and given tracking ID and LRN details.
After 4 days I asked Sundar Singh about delivery, he annoyed and told me that check the delivery status on portal. On portal www.delhivery.com I was not able to see and update. After 2 days I called him again and that screamed I am not responsible go to company and ask them.
On 16th Aug 22, I asked him again and he started to talk in very abusive language which is unbearable . Still I requested him for update again he have done the same.
Now my question is to www.delhivery.com, are you guys have hired your representative to cheat and abuse to the customer.
May be but I was not, sometime customers may be aggressive due to delay of shipment and any damage, do you ask and train yours vendor or representative to behave with public or customers, do that guy Sundar Singh do the same behavior with his family, friends and colleagues.
Delhivery.com as company reputation + trust matters and reputation comes with customer opinion.
