Delhivery — I have transported household goods from Bangalore to Noida and no update on when to deliver, been waiting for more than 9 days.

I ordered my household goods to be shifted from Bangalore to Noida.
According to the tracking, it is there in Noida facility since 4 days. There is no update, no call from them, no reply to complaints raised. I have a while household goods that i needed as i shifted into a new home. Still waiting on them to deliver. There is no one i can talk to at the Delhi ery facility, no information about it. Really stressed now.
