Delhivery — I'm complaining about a wrong delivery and lost of my parcel

I've booked a parcel (LIC Documents) pick up service with Delhivery courier on 18th Nov 2021 from Imphal to Mumbai, and received today i.e 24th Nov 2021 AWB[protected]. When i opened the package it was not my parcel which was sent to me, it has been wrongly packed and shipped from Imphal.
I urge you to take necessary action of the culprit and warn them not to repeat such unprofessional behaviour in future.
I want my own parcel immediately coz i need to submit in bank before month end, take necessary steps and take back this parcel which i have received.
