Delhivery — I'm complaining about my shipment

Address:LOWER MARKET, AKSHIT MEDICOS NEAR BUS STAND

I ordered some products online and it was reaching me through delhivery courier services.I ordered products on 10th october 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 15th of october and it is not delivered yet.
They are just delaying the order and extending the dates.
