Delhivery — Indefinite delay in delivering courier

Inspite of repeated follow ups, my courier has not reached its destination in Delhi. Each day while I try to track my courier status, it reflects further delay by another day. This is ridiculous. Delhivery service is pathetic and most unreliable.

Also their contact number[protected] is not accessible! Why do they put such numbers on website for contact which never get connected by the customers?

Please help get my courier delivered asap.
