Delhivery — It is showing "shipment not delivered as executive was unable to reach me"

Its actually a very important envelope and it needs to be delivered by today .It cant be delayed and it is showing "shipment not delivered as executive was unable to reach me" like they didnt even call me and i cudnt reach you guys its urgent and necessary please deliver it all addresses amd everything are just fine
