One of my vendors shipped one parcel through Delhivery Surface 10KG. Details are below:

It was supposed to ship by 31st March 2023 but somehow delivery dates changed to 1st April. On 1st April, around 3 PM, the status of the parcel changed to "Delivered" however I haven't received neither any call from the agent nor the parcel.
I called customer support multiple times but there were more focused to explain the protocol rather than assisting me. It's been 4 days since I am chasing the customer support executive but I haven't received a single clue.
