Hi, my medical supplies were out for delivery on 8th Jan (Saturday), but they rescheduled it to 14th Jan without my knowledge. I contacted them by Email and Twitter and begged them to deliver it ASAP but they only "escalated" my request but took no action. Its been 4 days and they are rescheduling it over and over again despite the fact that the item is kept in the nearest warehouse.
I am left with no option but to reach out to consumer complaint forum and beg them to deliver my own item. This company should be blacklisted forever.
