hi, i'm disha and i shipped my two bags from pune to chandigarh via an agency who were linked with you. the tracking no of my shipment is[protected] and the LR Number is[protected].
until yesterday i did not receive any call or delivery attempt from your side and today when i tracked again so it shows that the delivery was rejected and cancelled which did not even attempt at my place. so please look into the matter and respond as soon as possible. I'm also sending a screen shot of the same.

Kindly help my order is showing (refused or cancelled by the consignee) but I haven't received any delivery attempt or any kind of call regarding the delivery of my product kindly send it asap or just let me know the location will pick myself.
