Delhivery — Late delivery and no cancellation of delivery after shipment.

Village -Rains, post office basona, tehsil lad bharol

Ordered some products from nyaka on 27th July and expected date for the delivery in Himachal Pradesh was 30-31st July, today is 31st and the package is stil stuck in Bangalore.
I'm have to go out of station within 2-3 days
Even they don't allow cancellation of delivery after shipment.
Delhivery always gives late services, always disappoints the costomer
Now what should I do ?? How long should I wait..??
I want my order within 2 days or my money back
