Delhivery — late delivery, package moving to and from with the city, with no attempt to deliver

Hello,

The package was picked up on 7th from Chennai and supposed to be delivered to Bangalore JP nagar on 9th-June 2021 .
Its 12th and still no clue where the package is and it moving to and fro between Bangalore and hoskote.

Really pathetic and lethargic services.
Im not sure with these clueless services and inefficient logistics, they are troubling the customers.
