I have placed the order of LLPCM13 Cordless from Reward big Loyalty Solutions PR (AWB [protected]).
In this regard, the above items not yet received till date, but one msg is received delivered.
Did you not understand that it is appropriate to take the OTP confirmation from the customer?
If you have received an OTP, from which mobile number did you receive it and when?
To whom did you hand over the items? Please provide the name. Why shouldn't the customer consider this as a fraud?
