    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in the delivery of my recent package (AWB ID: #[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 13th of September. However, It's been several days past the expected delivery date, and I have yet to receive my package.

    This delay has caused considerable inconvenience. I had planned to use the items in the package for a specific event, which has now passed. The lack of communication regarding the delay is also disappointing.
    Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Sir, Kindly Speed Up My Order AWB NUMBER : [protected] and Deliver it to me Today Itself as Soon as Possible as it is Urgent.

      My order has shipped on 7th sept, and it got misrouted on 13th sept. the parcel almost reached its destination. now the parcel is going backwards. I contacted their customer support, but they were helpless. whenever we contact them they always says parcel will arrive tomorrow . even the chandrayan reached the moon within one month, delhivery cant deliver it even it took 10days.

        I placed on order on delhivery on 10th september AWB number[protected]
        I was expected to receive it by 14th September. But they have got my parcel misrouted and are not providing correct details. Everyday they update it woll be delivered today but again delay it. Can i please have some action taken on them and please get my parcel delivered

          For placing the order they ask you to add money in the wallet of Rs 500/- so i added money in the wallet. I placed an order and after placing order wallet is left with 412 points and when i tried to place the other order it says for placing the order 500 wallet balance is mandatory. neither i can't withdraw the wallet balance nor place an order. Customer service really sucks!

            Not picking up package on scheduled time.

            Hi. I have booked a parcel on 12.09.2023 and selected the next day pickup and it was scheduled for 7 am to 7 pm pickup slot. But at the evening, in the app it was auto updated that the shipment was not ready for pick up that's why the have reschedules the pickup next day.. But today also they didn't pickup and i cancelled it and rebooked which was supposed to pickup up today within 7 pm. But again same thing happened. At 6.59 pm...

            My package has been sitting at my city for more than two weeks but Delhivery is not willing to deliver it. I have not had breakfast for two weeks because the package contains oats, my breakfast.
            I have made many complaints but they just give false promises but never deliver.

              Hi,

              My tracking id is[protected]. On 7th Sep 2023 order has been booked by once card express and while tracking the order it showing as in-transit on 9th Sep 2023 location Chennai and estimated delivery is by 11th Sep 2023.Again i have tracked my order and it shows estimated delivery on 13th Sep 2023, and now it shows estimate delivery is by 14th Sep 2023. But my package as arrived Chennai delhivery facility on 11th Sep 2023. Could you please help me to get my package delivered as soon as possible.

                Tracking ID [protected]

                The company is not attempting the delivery for this order and is not calling me either.
                This this is 20th time I am having this experience with Delhivery.

                My product is stuck with Delhivery and the delivery executive is wrongfully updating the status as " Consignee Not Available" despite my availability at the location.

                Please look into this as a request.

                  I have already paid for my order and it has been many days since it reached my city (shimoga, karnataka) and they are still not showing any interest in delivering it to me. Even if I go by myself to collect my order they are not giving it to me. This is the worst logistics service I've ever seen. I need my order very urgently and I'm not expecting to lose my paid amount.

It has been days since my order has reached my city and still they are not showing any interest in delivering it to me. Even they have not provided any helpline number for inquiries. They are just pushing the delivery date. If I go myself there to collect my order, they are not giving it to me.

                      There was some serious issue regarding to Delhivery Service for Package delivery. They msg and OTP more than once but don't delivered the package, so that case scenario I lost my consignment and important meeting for waiting delivery but they could not delivered my package, I lost about $5k-$9k for waiting package.

                        I have a package order ID #[protected] which arrived in Hyderabad (the final destination) on 31st August. Everytime I track my package the site shows delivery in the next day, they keep on rescheduling it. I have also raised a query but the customer care service is so poor there's no response. Even when u call the customers care number on the website it just ends the call without assigning you with any agent. Very poor customer service. I also couldn't find the contact of the courier facilities in Hyderabad. The package is very important and it's delay is causing me immense inconvenience. I really want it to be delivered ASAP

                          I send a document to my company it is a factory and the excuative of delhivery is unable to reach that place how it is possible.is even your executive taking my parcel.

                          here is it the proof worst service delhivery can be faster if i sent it through pegion.

                              I had placed an order on Aug 8th after which the status was marked as "Delivered" on 25th Aug. But I have not received the package yet. The AWB no. Is [protected] and the order id is S[protected].
                              I tried calling the support, raised a ticket on their app and also contacted the delhivery agent who usually does my delivery but nothing helped. I've been behind this issue for all these days but I did not hear back from them yet. I humbly request you to help me resolve this issue. I hope that you will be able to help me. Thank you.

                                I had placed a prepaid order on 8th August after which the product was marked "Delivered" on 25th August but I have not received the package yet. I tried contacting the support team and also raised a ticket in their app, but have not received any proper response yet. The AWB no. Is [protected] and the order no. Is S[protected]. I humbly request you to please help me resolve this issue as I've tried every other possible way. I also tried contacting the delhivery agent who has delivered my previous orders, but nothing helped. Please help me get my package.

These orders were prepaid, and the delivery person assured me that they would arrive by tomorrow. But they are not delivered till...the update shows delivery attempt failed and to be re attempt..                                       I live in a remote location in Matial, Uttarakhand. There is a nearby shop where I always get my online orders delivered. Delhivery’s delivery agent cslled me n said he has reached the shop n asked me to give him the otp. However when i later went to the shop to collect my order, i came to know that he had never arrived. Upon calling him, he gave several excuses. It has been 3 days and I haven’t received my order.
