Worst experience too much delay and no response

my important shipment not delivery yet... no one contacted to me for
parcel delivery

delivery date everyday changed ... where is my parcel, they lost my courier or misplaced ?

(tracking shows PNT Colony Vijayawada ) and Delivery/Pick-up will be re-attempted as establishment was closed ...

I had booked a pick up from Indirapuram Ghaziabad on August 20th and I have not received it till date to Bangalore 560051. I have been asking them repeatedly about the status of my order but they keep saying that we are looking into it. I have attached the screenshot of chain of emails I started exchanging with them from September 4th till today. They do not call back and are not even refunding my prepaid amount of Rs 183. On September 15th a delivery executive came and gave me a parcel which had ragged torn smelly cloth inside. My parcel was a brand new 2 piece salwar suit and instead I received a piece of rag. I sent it back and raised a complaint again with Delhivery but all they have been saying is that we are looking into it. They said they will return the parcel back to its origin but that is also not done and I even offered to pick it up from the Bangalore warehouse but no response. I have not come across such an ethical service provided who have no sense of responsibility and accountability. Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me trace my parcel.

    If I dont get my refund soon from your company, I will see in court. U guys think that u are too smart by duping people with petty amount and think they won't do anything. I will show u your place scumbags. I have managed to gather information from so many consumers. I will show u beggars what a class action suite is. Wait and watch u will pay dearly for not refunding me ₹200/- go beg on the streets with your ### head employees

    Your ### company has no resolution, when the intention is to scam what resolution you ### will give. You can't refund ₹200 rs, this shows your parents upbringing how they are theifs. And raised theifs like founders of delhivery

      I had a parcel which Delhivery is keeping it in a the near by delivery hub and its not delivering is since 26th of Sep and i have been trying to connect with the executives and the IVR never connects to the support executive neither the chatbots

        No order recive iorder on February 2023
        It’s many months iam very sad order from Memechat.store
        Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Account Balance
        To proceed with an order, they require you to deposit Rs 500/- into your wallet. I complied and placed an order, leaving my wallet with 412 points. When attempting to place another order, I was informed that a minimum of 500 wallet balance is required. Unfortunately, I can neither withdraw the balance nor place an order. The customer service experience has been quite disappointing!

            Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you

            Dear Delhivery team,

            I am posting here out of frustration because my package AWB#[protected] hasn’t been delivered since last week. Every morning, I could see it was “Out for Delivery” and then after a few hours it said, “Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you”.

            Is this a bot behind the scenes updating the status or was there actually a human doing it? Because, I didn’t...

            Some package was sent by Axis Bank and still it is showing to be at Kunnathunad. Every day estimated date of delivery is getting changed. Not sure when I'll receive the package. Totally frustrating experience.

              My AWB[protected]. I have provided all address in details. Pickup agent called me n called missed by me. I called back him within 5mint but that kamchor agent said he went from location too far. Within minutes how can it possible. What is the use of courier service which not provide services in proprepiate manners. Worst service centre n very bad experience.

                      I ordered from nykaa and delhivery was the assigned delivery partner for it. The issue is that on the app and at website the status of my order is showing delivered but I never received it, neither I received any OTP for it. I don't have any information of the delivery person so I can't contact anyone to ask about it. The order should have arrived by 18 September but I still haven't received it even after 2 days, although the status is showing...

                            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in the delivery of my recent package (AWB ID: #[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 13th of September. However, It's been several days past the expected delivery date, and I have yet to receive my package.

                            This delay has caused considerable inconvenience. I had planned to use the items in the package for a specific event, which has now passed. The lack of communication regarding the delay is also disappointing.

                              My order has shipped on 7th sept, and it got misrouted on 13th sept. the parcel almost reached its destination. now the parcel is going backwards. I contacted their customer support, but they were helpless. whenever we contact them they always says parcel will arrive tomorrow . even the chandrayan reached the moon within one month, delhivery cant deliver it even it took 10days.

                                I placed on order on delhivery on 10th september AWB number[protected]
                                I was expected to receive it by 14th September. But they have got my parcel misrouted and are not providing correct details. Everyday they update it woll be delivered today but again delay it. Can i please have some action taken on them and please get my parcel delivered

                                  For placing the order they ask you to add money in the wallet of Rs 500/- so i added money in the wallet. I placed an order and after placing order wallet is left with 412 points and when i tried to place the other order it says for placing the order 500 wallet balance is mandatory. neither i can't withdraw the wallet balance nor place an order. Customer service really sucks!
