Shipment not available with merchant

I have ordered a product from a store and have sent through Delhivery courier where it stated "order received for delivery"-Gurgaon on 1st, Nov, 2023 on the app and on 3rd, Nov, 2023 it stated "Shipment not available with merchant". It makes me really confused the fact on how it could provide the consignment ID for tracking without receiving the product from merchant in the first place. We have provided all available proofs with Delhivery team and team has informed that refund is initiated, and refund amount will be credited with in 5 to 7 working days on 5th September 2023. But refund is not yet processed and no responding to the mails sent to Delhivery in this concern.

    Two separate packages containing diamond and gold jewelry, swarovski and pearl jewelry was tampered with, repackaged with some cheap items and sent.

    In loss.

      Shipment delayed and completely unresponsive behavior by DELHIVERY

      This is the worst organization I have ever come across in my life. The most unprofessional and unresponsive company It has been 16 days since I have booked a package that needed to be delivered from Saharanput to Goa. after days of delay, I saw a new update that the shipment has reached Goa.       Return has been created twice by Flipkart. Everytime the Delhivery exec refuses to pick up items and so return has been cancelled twice.
      Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      New pick up is arranged by Flipkart with AWB numbers. Will it hapen this time?

        The client has received the parcel and she paid to delivery person thru Payym this is confirmed by the client over phone call she shares pictures of bag and paytm screenshot but on the website it showing that client has denied to take parcel and today I received the returned parcel and in that parcel I received stones in a different box in the below I have attached all the proof please review my case on urgent basis

              I would recommend expressing your concerns to the courier company, highlighting the delay in receiving your package despite it arriving at the branch two days ago. Clearly communicate the inconvenience caused and inquire about the reasons behind the additional two-day delay mentioned by the branch manager.

                Dear Delhivery Team

                I am writing to address a highly critical and deeply concerning issue regarding my recent order of a Samsung Refrigerator valued at Rs 1.06 Lakhs. The expected delivery date was yesterday, and the shipment was bound for the following address:

                Smt. Sandhya Rastogi
                AVVNL, Vidhyut Nagar
                Banswara - 327001, Rajasthan

                The order was placed through Amazon, with the delivery partner indicated as Delhivery [Delivery Partner's Name] as per the provided Tracking ID: [protected]

                However, a significant issue arose due to confusion surrounding the open-box delivery. After reaching out to Amazon customer support, they advised me to communicate with your delivery partner. Regrettably, when I contacted your Banswara branch manager at +91-[protected], he transferred me to another individual named Mr. Natrajan from your Jaipur branch.

                I must express my disappointment with Mr. Natrajan's conduct during our conversation. He declined to assist and dismissed my inquiries in a harsh and discourteous manner. When I requested written confirmation of the delivery refusal, he declined to provide any form of written communication, stating that he had no intention to cooperate. It appears he was aware of the limited alternatives in a Tier 3 city, leading to an uncooperative and unprofessional attitude.

                Subsequently, I contacted Amazon customer support once more, and they advised me to accept the package and assured me that Amazon would address the situation. However, by the time I made this decision (approximately 10-15 minutes later), the delivery partner had already left my location. Despite my attempts to reach him multiple times, he assured me he would return shortly but failed to do so.

                Unexpectedly and shockingly, your team canceled the order later that evening, citing customer refusal. This sequence of events has raised concerns that it may be an attempt to maintain a monopoly in such regions without accountability, which is completely unacceptable.

                Today, I reached out to the same delivery partner, and he assured me that I would receive the package today, but he mentioned he was currently out of town and directed me to contact someone named Mr. Sunil at +[protected]. Unfortunately, I have since discovered that my number is blocked by Mr. Sunil, and I have received no cooperation from your on-ground team in Banswara, Rajasthan.

                I have escalated this issue to Amazon and am prepared to take further action against this discourteous behavior and potential fraudulent conduct by your team. I possess evidence, including camera footage, call recordings, and other documentation to establish a timeline of events. If necessary, I will leverage my IIT Alumni network to escalate this matter further.

                My only request at this point is for a prompt resolution. The order is still within Banswara, and it appears that your delivery partner is mishandling the situation. This behavior is unacceptable, and I did not anticipate such negligence from your team.
                Would highly appreciate it if you could initiate the delivery today !

                  Shipment status not updated

                  My awb[protected] has not been updated since 9th October. The original expected delivery date is on 16th Oct, but it has changed to 17th Oct. However till today i.e., 15th Oct the package status is - ‘Package arrived at Delhivery facility Guwahati’. It has been in Guwahati for 6 days now.

                  I have raised query many times from the app but the response is always the same - ‘Your shipment is on the right track’...

                  Recently I missed package No: AWB [protected] delivery due to mobile signal problem on 7/10/23. Again I called to delivery boy he said that on 9/10/23 I will get it. But still I didn't get it. Daily I am trying to contact them but my courier is not getting.

                  When I will tracking everyday, delivery date was changed to another date but not getting.

                  Product is at delivery centre only but not they courier now itself from one week onwards.

I had received a tracking id on which I tried tracking the courier. I have been tracking it since 2 days but my status still shows pick-up pending.                                 The order has not been delivered although the delivery date was october 4th. It has arrived to the nearest shipment. Although the delivery is allocated to the delivery boys, they are not delivering. Everyday the status shows as "Shipment not delivered as our executive was unable to reach you". The estimated delivery date keeps postponing.
