Delhivery — Lost parcel and didn't get refunded 1000

I booked a parcel on 31/07/2021 on delhivery website which i had to send it to Sriganganagar, Rajasthan to my aunt's home from Bihar Sharif, Bihar. On 02/08/2021 the courier guy came to pick up the order at 9:30am, i gave him the courier.
After 3 hour he called me and told me that he had lost the parcel. I was astonished to know that but couldnt do anything.
He said he that the company will give me only 100 rs as i had entered the amount of parcel 100rs.
But i put the amount 100rs because the box of 1.8kg contained home made chip whose cost i didn't knew which may be around rs800 when i calculated after i lost the parcel. There was dairy milk silk worth 80rs and two rakhi and one rakhi card. Because only knew the cost of dairy milk silk i put the amount 100.
And i paid 180rs for the courier charges.
Please tell me who will pay 180rs for 100 rs thing.
I paid 180 because it was worth 1000 or more but the company refuses to pay me and they didnt pick call to register complain or anything.
