Delhivery — Lost parcel AWB[protected]

AWB[protected]. I am in touch since 14/12/2022. I have been asking for proof since many days now but Delhivery is unable to provide it. They had mentioned that they have RC of vehicle as a proof of delivery. But I have not received it till now.

I have contacted them on twitter as well, but have got the same response that the parcel is delivered but no proof. They dont have any call center where I speak to a representative. Also dont have a proper grievance escalation system.

It clearly means that they have lost my parcel and don't have any proof of delivery else would have shared it at first instance.

I need full compensation against my order AWB[protected].
