Delhivery — Lost product - no response to tickets raised

In this day and age where even small trade companies go out of their way to stay connected to consumers and solve their query - a company like delhivery is definitely a big fail in customer service - They seem to have misplaced my product and since a month I have been following up on them on their tracking service - where we can only raise a ticket and if they feel like it they will respond. obviosuly i just got their initial response a month ago and since then there has been absolutely no response on either the situation my prouduct or my request of refund
Isnt it basic business protocol to make up for consumer losses ? How are we allowing such companies operate . This is almost day light robbery - an open scam
