The company did not attempt to deliver my parcel[protected], because they did not tag my phone number correctly to the package. The Delhivery agent was unable to generate an OTP and returned the parcel even though I contacted the seller Okhai, and followed up several times with Delhivery and Okhai, and requested the package for delivery. I was assured that the parcel would be delivered.
Delhivery have submitted the reason as customer was unavailable for delivery. I want my parcel ASAP and an acknowledgement from Delhivery on their error. I have attached proof of conversation with Delhivery agent for my pin code, who showed me a photo of the package but said would be unable to deliver it.
