Delhivery — Missing items and extra payment and non responding behaviour of company

Address:HOUSE NUMBER 81 WARD NUMBER 3A, DHARMPURA MOHALLA Dhuri

Sent a parcel through delhivery services and it got few missing items.I paid 200/- which includes extra rupees for in case parcel got missing. But, when I complained about this to delhivery services they asked me to send picture of before and after recieved parcel which was never told to take. Now they are not eve replying to my complaints.Thanks
