My shipment was out for delivery from the morning, Didn't receive the consignment over and above I got a message that customer has requested for change of delivery date. I never made any such request to change the delivery date. Your Delivery guy never picked my phone I tried thrice. It is highly disappointing as I wanted my consignment as I am travelling and that was Diwali gift for my brother.
Only request please deliver it today. Deliberately don't say that customer has asked for change of delivery date. It is fine to not deliver on time but putting the blame on customer is pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
