A Complex Issue:
My 2 products were arriving at the same time at same hub and almost of same size but different products.
Amazon product was a foldable ladder.
Flipkart product was a CLOTH DRYER STAND.
AMAZON INCOMING AWB WAS:[protected]
AMAZON ORDER ID:[protected]
But when I tried to cancel this product which was on-transit. Amazon website generated a new AWB for pickup of the product which was still in transit.
NEW AWB FOR PICKUP WAS:[protected]
When my amazon package arrived, it was undelivered as I rejected it and it got returned under same awb under which it was incoming i.e. AWB:[protected]
At the same time my Flipkart package arrived DELHIVERY Person scanned this flipkart package(incoming AWB WAS[protected] at the hub and marked it delivered and then under AMAZON PICKUP AWB that was [protected], HE PUT my flipkart package without checking product which was a cloth dryer but label name of pickup product was a foldable ladder (THE REAL MISTAKE).
Pickup request should be closed when my amazon product was undelivered.
NOW MY PREPAID FLIIPKART ORDER (Which is missing) is under amazon ladder label and CURRENTLY IN INDORE.
AT the same time 2 same products are at 2 different locations while I had ordered only 1 how this is possible? because in 1 of them flipkart product is there and I am finding my missing flipkart order, which was marked delivered and never got it.
I want you to bring my flipkart prepaid product which was marked delivered wrongly and is being sent to wrong place mistake done by delivery person.
I want solution of this immediately.
