Delhivery — My Order is not picked up from last 4 days

My Order Tracking Id is AWB[protected]. It's pending since 23rd March, 2023. Nobody came at my place for pickup. Instead I'm getting the false messages from Delhivery on daily basis. I'm unable to cancel the order as well. My money is stuck with delhivery.

No contact no. is reachable. I wrote multiple complaints through their websites and also wrote the mail. No action is taken so far. Please cancel my order and refund my money.
