I have been registering a complain since 9 days that my package has been lost, miss placed or might have been delivered to the wrong address, at least I expect a reply or some kind of communication, whenever a customer mail or register a complaint. plus it was an expensive package, so I just can’t leave it like that and now I have started to feel that I might have lost a lot of “hard-worked” money. Because neither the company is replying, nor they are taking any kind of actions. So what do you think a customer should feel?
Sorry to say, but if this company does exist, and if it is a real company, someone should contact me and help me out. plus i have opted for shipment insurance so i should get my full Refund atleast.
if not then i and my circle and their circle wld be forced to belive that this is a fraud company
