Delhivery — My package is not received by me and the courier has reported it delivered.. to whom ???

Dear Sir, my parcel MOKSHALIFESTYLEP (Essential Oils) package (AWB[protected]. is not delivered yet but the courier Delhivery is showing it delivered.. I received an otp bit nobody came for delivery and then the package was shown delivered on the tracking ID.
