Delhivery — My package was lost by company

I ordered a package to delivered form Shamli to Delhi by delhivery limited courier service at 28 June. My package is picked up at 1 July and after 4 days company said me that your package is lost in our network we will pay for it. They offer me 2000 rs as compensation. The package which lost it’s a bicycle which cost 14500 rs and they are giving me only 2000 rs. I want my package back or give me it’s full cost 14500. It’s a scam by their employees so company responsible for that. I want my money back. I went to their office in our city four times but they are not replying to me.
