The order is shown reached nearest hub on 15th August but not delivered yet. I tried reaching them but not getting any response despite multiple attempts.
Delhivery is not a good service and I have faced issues previously as well.

    My Banking Documents Dispatch From Delhi to Kalyan, Maharashtra On 09 Aug 22 To and There Delivery Last Date is 14 Aug 22
    They Are Not Doing Proper Update & They Are Take Other Routes for Delivery Not Mine,
    I Complaint Via App And Mail But They Are Not Giving Me Any Response For Anything And Date Of 12 Aug 22, I Get Fraud Call From This No. [protected],
    & I Am Shocked Because They Have My All Details Like Proper Address With Pincode and My Registered Mobile No.
    They Want 5 Rs. For Registration to Purpose Unhold My Parcel and Give Me A Link *www.pastpe.com* to Fill My Account Details

    But I M Not Giving Them A Money and Now My Parcel Is Stuck In Vashi Branch And Bank Also Not Get Any Responsibility

        Washing machine was sent from my native village (Baramati) to my current location(Kopar khairane, Navi Mumbai) via Delhivery courier service. MAchine is not received to me but delivery boy is claiming that machine is delivered to you. I asked him to show his call details, he is refusing to show. I have document proof of LRN number and drop off receipt photograph.
        Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Till now, no reply from Delhivery team. time is going

          My order is stuck in bilaspur Hr since 6 days. There are no updates in this regard. I am unable to contact DELHIVERY as there is no phone number. They are also not replying to my mails. I am clueless as to what I should do as there is no means to approach. I want my parcel. It was worth 4000.

              Pickup booked on 27th of July
              Package picked on 29th of July
              AWB:[protected]
              Source Location: Zirakpur, Punjab - 140603
              Destination Location: Mahendragarh, Haryana - 123029
              Expected delivery in 3 to 4 days.
              Package went to wrong address within Haryana first and then upon re sharing the location with Delivery staff it further went away to different state, Morbi in Gujrat - a far away location from actual Destination.
              Even after multiple calls to the delivery staff, nothing helped.
              The recipient got fed up and requested for return to Shipper(myself).
              Today is 18th of Aug, the package has reached local hub on 15th morning but not returned yet to me.
              I have written multiple emails to Delhivery at direct.[protected]@delhivery.com but very little response with no resolution.
              Conclusion: The package was neither delivered to recipient nor to shipper even after 3 weeks. Need a quick resolution of safe & intact returning of my package ASAP + compensation for all the delays, hassles and headaches.

              I am daily following up and the delivery date is pushed to next day daily, it has been 4 days now same thing being repeated.
              I went on searching the local office so that I can pick the package my self but unfortunately the office as per addresses in Google are non-existent, I went to 3 different locations but unsuccessful!

              Again some thing happened today - delivery postponed to tomorrow morning after being today morning and then afternoon!
              It looks like they have no intent to return the package back to me!

                    I booked a courier online with delhivery. The courier was picked up on 14th aug however till that date the status of the courier is not changing. From 14th evening till now it ahows your package has reached the courier facility. Its bot moving ahead. I have made several complaints on the delivery site, they respond that we are working on it and will deliver your product on priority but nothing happens in terms of status. Moreover there is no customer care number where we can speak. Pathetic service.

                      Booked a express delivery by Delhivery which was supposed to be picked up by 12th August. They directly said shipper unavailable and didnt make an attempt to pick up.
                      Parcel finally picked up on 14th August. but the website is still showing pick up pending.
                      Trying both Email and twitter to reach out to them, no reply.

                            I had sent my machinery equipment 4 box to panipat from surat at 11/06/2022 delivery time was showing 18 or 19 but not recieved day by day date was increasing than after 15 days they are reverting back that sir your 3 box came to panipat we are giving you and 1 box is went to sonipat by mistake will give you in 2 to 3 days but not recieved than I had started dropping a mail to delhivery official mail but no response came from them than I started contacting branch of delhivery in surat SG Bajrang Logistics from where I had sent my parcel they fooled me till 15 to 20 days we are finding and all than they told sir parcel is misplaced will give you a claim that matter also completed lumpsum 1 month daily they fraudsters are making fool today I track the status than I see they cheaters had shown delieverd at 12/08/2022 how they are making fool this fraud company don't have any customer complaint number no response in mail staff in branch don't have any responsibility bcoz company had teach them how to do fraud bcoz they know that we have to fool customers sir plz check this issue and clear it.

                            And if they delieverd at 12/08/2022 than show me any calls in my customer call or any sign of my customer if he recieved nothing they have only cheating and frauding

                                  I Have horrible and very unpleasant experience with delhivery.com . I have register a bike delivery to Eastern UP with

                                  "Sundar Singh horrible guy, WOODLANDLOGISTIDWDC B2BR, SERVEY NO 116 NEAR PAL NAGAR
                                  RAJAWALI ROAD BHOIDAPADA VASAI EAST, Mumbai, Maharashtra 401208"

                                  The torment from Sundar Singh starts
                                  On 9 of August, initially that Guy Sundar insured me that 3650 is total delivery cost and I have paid that with GPay when the logistic person came to me. After the pickup in evening Sundar Singh told me that you need to pay Rs 1750 more else we will not deliver the bike also will not return the take amount 3650. I have no option other than to pay him again and I paid him Rs 1750. Sundar Singh Assured me the delivery will be done within 4 days and given tracking ID and LRN details.

                                  After 4 days I asked Sundar Singh about delivery, he annoyed and told me that check the delivery status on portal. On portal www.delhivery.com I was not able to see and update. After 2 days I called him again and that screamed I am not responsible go to company and ask them.

                                  On 16th Aug 22, I asked him again and he started to talk in very abusive language which is unbearable . Still I requested him for update again he have done the same.

                                  Now my question is to www.delhivery.com, are you guys have hired your representative to cheat and abuse to the customer.
                                  May be but I was not, sometime customers may be aggressive due to delay of shipment and any damage, do you ask and train yours vendor or representative to behave with public or customers, do that guy Sundar Singh do the same behavior with his family, friends and colleagues.

                                  Delhivery.com as company reputation + trust matters and reputation comes with customer opinion.

                                    I am facing delivery problem onwards 23rd of July.
                                    Firstly I ordered redmi TV from Amazon, and the delivery boy says to my father on call please to mitauli approx 3 to 4 km from my village for take your order because of his e-rickshaw battery is down.
                                    Second, I ordered a set top box stand from flipkart and when delivery boy calls to my father use the same wording please come to mitauli and take the order, but my father this time not gone to take order. And next day delivery boy calls to my father and again use same word.but my father is already there for his work.so he takes the order.
                                    Same I ordered again and again max order but the delhivery.com not order my product on promised date.
                                    At that time, our 3 orders reached at our nearest delivery partner on 11th of August but not delivered to me and 13th of August he updated on status delay with customer request.
                                    Please take action asap
                                    This is too much

                                      I sent a couriers on 6th August 2022 through Kenesis Courier services, Greater Noida through Delhivery company. the tracking id is [protected]. tracking shows parcel delivered on 14th August by 2.47pm. But the packet is not received at the destination. No one is replying to me. The courier partner is not picking up the call and delivery customer support through website is not et al working. webpage for customer support or queries is disabled. Feeling pathetic . To whom i should ask. No one is behaving responsibly.

                                        Hi on 4 th august shipment arrived for which i paid via upi ₹ 599.99 but delivery agents told payment not updated so you pay cash deduct amount will get refund
                                        so we paid cash of rs 600 but till date no refund recieved from delhivery
