Hi!
I was supposed to receive two of my shipments, one dated 22nd and one dated 24th. All of a sudden they were rescheduled (although they are sitting at Navi Mumbai Hub for two days).

I tried to log tickets in the shipment section, but there is a response to tickets/comments....

On 21st July I booked a surface shipment on Delhivery from Bengaluru (247667) to IIT Roorkee (247667) on Delhivery app and paid ₹180.8 for the same using Paytm UPI with UPI ref no.[protected]. But I received no confirmation from Delhivery in any way. I can't even complain on their website because they require a tracking number to register any complaint, which they did not give me. I contacted their twitter support account (@help_delhivery)...

My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 21st of july in bareilly...it had arrived in bareilly on 22nd but did not deliver...my parcel then left from bareilly to moradabad on 23rd and now has no trace of it....

I have shipped a courier via Delhivery to Ajio. AWB No. :[protected]. Its estimated delivery date was 20th July but till date its not delivered. And even after giving all required details they are not delivering it and also customer care not giving proper response. While tracking in their app, daily they change its estimated delivery date It is requested to deliver the product. My contact No. is [protected]...

On 23rd of july a delivery person from delhivery courier came to pickup my return parcel. As he has already picked up the parcel but it is showing pickup pending. I was told that the matter will be resolved in 24 hours but no progress has been made. I am utterly disappointed with delhivery courier as they have lost my return parcel and now i am not getting my refund. There is no way to contact delhivery and they are not responding my emails.br...

My cionsignment booked from Niida Franchise has been lying with Delhivery Facility of Zirakpur with Tracing Id[protected] from last 15 Days. They have not made single attempt for delivery.

I am unable to raise any compalint. I have managed to arrange contact no of their personnel but nothing coming out as fruitful.

I was trying to send parcel from Bangalore to Chennai. I enquired Koramangala delhivery office. I took my cpu and monitor which i want to send it to chennai. He took and parcel it and asking me 5000rs. When i sat i don't want to send it for this much.. He's not allowing me to cancel. Asking 2000rs atleast...

They damaged my whole product and behaving like [censored]...

We have booked the Hero honda glamour bike from Gwalior to Chennai on July 9 2022 LTL no[protected] said to deliver within 8 days, till date it was not delivered, even though it reached chennai on 15th July, it was not yet delivered.
Please take immediate action and deliver immediately....

I have make a double payment by default due to network issue and received a wrong product and the product is already handed over to Delhivery courier boy on the spot I request u to please refund my amount which is 890+890= 1780
Please do the needful as soon as possible...

I had shipped two parcels on 5th and 7th July respectively. Till data none of these parcels have been delivered by the Delhivery Team. There’s no way of communicating with these people, no way of raising a ticket as it is automatically marked as resolved without a single reply from their end. This is pathetic and unacceptable. I had ordered an electric guitar worth 45k through rajmusicals.in on 13th July and they have couriered the order through Delhivery. The tracking showed that it arrived in Bangalore on the 17th. But after this, there have been no updates from the Delhivery team. They are continuously rescheduling the order to next day and are not responding to any complaints raised via their website. They have even shut down their call service (probably because...

I booked a shipment pick up from my home and the pick up was delayed for 3 days which prompted me to cancel the pick upon Dec 10 2021, AWB[protected], they status shows cancelled and refund has been initiated but I never received my refund. One of the worst Logistic service company, they don't even have a customer support system...
