I have been raising complaints regarding my order with tracking no.[protected].. i have opt to cancel my order as customer wanted some change so i cancelled the order and initiated the rto on 18 august and my parcel reached the origin center on 20th august.. and its been 5 days there was no update.. they were not even delivering my parcel so i raised complaint and they reverted me that parcel is lost, how can they be so issresponsible... they have lost my parcel... now give me solution for the same... either search my parcel and get it delivered in 2 days or refund the order amount that was 1400rs
